Between the 5 updates is dame slap and her School. This is not a Faraway Tree book, but as you might know, Dame Slap is one of the characters from some of the adventures that the children and their friends go through. Not a rather kind person

What are the stories about??

The stories are about the "Faraway Tree" which grows deep inside "The Enchanted Wood". In the tree lives a lot of magical folk, which over time become good friends with the three children who live nearby, Jo, Bessie, and Fanny.
The tree is a special tree because it is enormous. In fact it is so high that you cannot see the top of it, when you stand on the ground. Its branches reach up above the clouds in the sky. If you climb to the top of the tree, you will get to a ladder that leads you to different "lands" above the clouds. Each day a new land arrives, like a train arrives at a station, and then the "lands" move on.
The lands that the children visit can be nice, fun as well as dreadful, dangerous. Therefore, you should be very careful, when entering a land. You just might get into trouble.
